If I stop at the store for ricotta on the way home, it will be lasagna made with ground venison and Fiber Gourmet pasta.
If I don't stop, it will be some type of fish from the freezer and quinoa salad.0 -

I am having a chicken and veggie stir fry, I don't eat carbs after 3pm but my family is having it on top of brown rice, I eat it alone and love it!
Last week we did a sweet and sour chicken with pineapple and veggies on top of brown rice, again loved it!0 -
roasted carrot & butternut squash soup
and 100 english muffins because they are good mmm0 -
Shrimp sauteed in olive oil and garlic
Oven-roasted butternut squash
Quinoa
...and hot sauce. Because everything is better with hot sauce.0 -
Lentil taco salad
1 cup lentils, uncooked (rinsed & picked over)
2.5 cups vegetable/chicken/beef stock
1 package taco seasoning
Add all to saucepan/small stock pot and cook until boiling then reduce to simmer and cook 25-30 minutes or until liquid mostly absorbed.
Serve with corn tortillas or with your favorite taco salad accouterments0 -

I'm not a cook I have a 4 year old daughter who is a little chunky that i am also trying to eat healthier, I need friends on my fitness pal so add ,me. I would like healthy recipes I have a slow cooker I would love to use. But I don't have alot of money also ;/0

I pre-made this week's dinners over the weekend, so I'll just be heating up a baked sweet potato with honey/cinnamon, tilapia and steamed brocolli/carrot/cauliflower mix. Yum!0
