If you are a meat eater you could try a super low fat high protein lasagna. I make them in bulk and freeze them.i cook them on the day in the microwave. Its got about 25 - 30g of protein and only about 250 cals per serving.
There is a variation of the recipe here

If you are on a budget you can buy the super cheap very fatty frozen mince from asda at like £2 and render the meat over a very gentle heat for a few hours until all the fat is has left the meat and you are left with a really really lean mince.
Hope that helps0 -

Sashimi (sushi without the rice) - when at work - PF Chang's has a few appetizers that ill eat for lunch (ahi crisps, tuna Tataki) that are low in calories, but high in protein. I also have started eating buffalo meat - very low in fat and very filling.0

Yummy ideas. I am always low on protein & need way to increase it.0

Take this red lentil curry: http://allrecipes.com/recipe/red-lentil-curry/ .
Have a 6th of it cold, as a topping on a wholemeal bagel. That's 26 grams of protein right there (and completely vegan too).
I had it today and it was delicious. It was only part of my lunch, also had some cucumber, pumpkin seeds and a cup of defrosted forest fruits, adding another 5 grams of protein.0 -

I like to steam some broccoli and sliced carrots, throw in a couple sliced turkey dogs at the end, and have the whole mess topped with a hard-boiled egg and lots of hot sauce. Easy, quick, great macros.0

I eat a fairly big (for me) breakfast ...... mostly protein & veggies.
Then I'm not very hungry at lunchtime ..... dinner leftovers, or assorted raw veggies with hummus, cheese, fruit, yogurt.
Bon appetit !0 -
