Goal Weight: This is a moving target. Short term 56 kilos (125lb). Once I get there, I'll re-evaluate with my coaches (I compete in weight class- based sports).
I typically burn between 700-1000 calories daily, and I eat 1650 cals on lifting days, and 1200 on non-lifting days.0 -

Calories in: God knows! 2000+ (?) It really depends on the day though, some days may be less, some significantly more!
Calories burned: Not 100% on this either, but I run 3-4 times a week (bulk of the running around 4-5 miles, then one long run). Then a couple of strength workouts a week...
It seems like I eat a lot in comparison to some of you guys, but if I ate any less then I would end up losing weight. I get a lot of veg in my diet, so am probably overestimating the amount that I eat, seeing as I use that to bulk out most of my meals...
My focus is to maintain muscle and run further!#

^^^^ 2000+ really isn't that much for your height. I am losing eating 2000+ as are many of my same-height friends. Around 1600 on rest days.0

5'6", 115 lbs, and 46 years old. I strength train four times a week and do no cardio. To gain I'm eating 2100 calories a day, I was maintaining at 1800 a day.0

Maintain on 1750 net . No cardio while bulking but strength training 3 times a week.
Currently bulking at .3-.5lbs a week on 2100.
Eat back all exercise calories.

I lost weight severely fast due to stress and depression about two years ago, I've been struggling to regain weight back to a healthy number and not look like skin and bones with deflated muscles. I try and eat around 2500-3000 cal a day. I've been at this for about 3 weeks and have only gained 6 lbs. I also do zero cardio cause I don't want to burn any of my calories away. I try and do squats and others alike but not consistent, sad. Any suggestions on how I can gain quicker would be appreciated. Thank you :-)0 -

Current recommended daily calories on MFP: 1400
Exercise: 30-50 mins walking per day at just over 3mph.
I don't eat back all exercise calories and like a 100cal or so buffer for inaccuracies so nett about 1300 most days. I go over occasionally but I don't worry. I have been losing at a rate of 2lbs a week but this week I lost 4lbs. I hope it doesn't come back to bite me next week!0 -

Lowest was 150 and I had Health issues from low weight. I have a high lean body mass and lots of muscle.
I eat an average of 1200 a day, but tend to cycle with low and high days based on my life and schedule .
I walk and jog, but currently it is inconsistent due to the snow that won't end.lol
I should also add, I have four kids. I am large breasted. I have very large frame, as in my fingers don't even come close to touching on the wrist test!0 -

Goal 150 ish depending on how my body looks, I've never been that small in a healthy, toned way.
I have my calorie goal set to 1200. I work out 5-6 times a week. I burn at least 600 calories when I do, but usually around 800.
I do at least an hour when I work out, most times 1 hr 15 mins.
I try to have a 500 calorie a day defecit. I have lost every week. This week though, I have snacking more as I quit smoking. We shall see!
I weigh in daily to track my progress and adjust a bit after a bad day, but I only record my weight on Monday morning.

My actually goal weight is 130 which has been a struggle to try to get to...(damn holidays!!) I'm hoping to get down to 125 so that when I add maintainence calories in once I hit that goal I'll probably bump back up to 130(because that happens). I try to eat around 1400 calories a day. Currently I've been pretty sedentary but have been known to lose 5 pounds using Ripped in 30 and I've toned doing weight training circuits. I'm hoping to get my Ripped in 30 DVD back here pretty soon from a friend so I can start using it again. Jillian kicks your butt but it's so fun!0 -

I got to 150 by August/Sept last year and took a break from everything. So I have now decided to do this again and lose that last 10 pounds.
Calorie goal is 1320 and I eat about half to all of my exercise calories back. When I was on a break and maintaining at 150...I was probably eating an average of 1700-1800 calories and not gaining.
And I burn about 400-550 calories a day. 4-5 times a week. (When I took a break...I didn't exercise at all)0 -

I'm 41. Just under 5'8". I weigh 129. I eat between 1800-2000 calories day, and burn between 250-300. I'm in maintenance, trying to move in a bit of muscle building.0 -

I'm 27 and 5'8"
SW: 218 lbs.
CW: 183 lbs. with 36% body fat
GW: 163 lbs. with 24% body fat (but I'm thinking this might change as I get closer to it)
Calorie intake: It varies but I try to keep it between 1700 to 1800 most days, on the days I workout I eat roughly 1900 to 2100.
Calories burns: Anywhere from 190 to 400, depending on if I'm doing cardio, strength training or a combo. (30 to 45 minute workouts)0 -

Calories eaten per day - Im not consistent at all. Just recently starting to track (and im not perfect at it yet!) and trying to keep calories around 1500
Calories burnt per day - No idea. I do high intensity training(obsessed!)3-4 days a week, concentrate on lifting 2 days, and some random cardio.
Goals - Want to get to 128-132. Be more consistent in my diet. Keep protein higher(100-125g); figure out what works best for me as far as carbs&fats. No idea what my body fat is, but currently wearing size 2-4.0 -

Eat: While I don't track currently, I did for a couple years and was obsessed with it. Because of this I have a great understanding of my intake because I am hyper-aware of cals, protein, carbs and fat numbers on a daily basis. I estimate that I am intaking anywhere from 1900-2100 cals/day.
Burn: my focus is lifting 3 days/week. I definitely do at least 1 day of cardio but try to do two (either Spin class or running) and do not hesitate to skip it altogether if i need rest or am sore. Because I do not log and I mainly lift, tracking what I burn from an HRM is insignificant.
Goals: to be stronger and faster than I was yesterday.
ETA: I'm 30 years old.

I am just starting to track again. My daily caloric goal is 1,400, but I find it very hard to stay under that. I typically (based on past couple of days) eat around 1,600 to 1,800 calories per day. I exercise 4-5 times per week and burn anywhere from 400-800 calories depending on the workout. I am training for a half marathon so I burn at least 800 calories on my long run days. I also do some strength training - free weights, plyometrics, machines. I try to strength train two days per week. I eat most of my exercise calories on days I burn 400, but about half my calories on days I burn 800.0 -
