Hi everyone! I started 30DS and am on my 4th day on level 1. After reading all the posts and seeing all the results I'm super excited to see how this workout will turn out. I took photos today so hopefully I'll see a big change by day 30!!0

I loved seeing all the results in here. I have for two or so year tried and failed the 30day shred. The fact that I had been a 20 a day smoker for 21 years did not help, I always thought my lungs would explode. I quit smoking a month ago and am going to give it a go again!.1

Wow - You've inspired me ladies! I did the 30 DS for 14 days in a row and lost around 3 lbs (was dieting too) but felt much better. I tried starting it again earlier this week but got a migraine the next day that lasted for 2 days. I'm going to start it again today though and finish it this time!!!0

Did 30 day shred & Ripped in 30 to get to the image in the pink tank top. I lost about 25 lbs during the 2.5 months it took me to complete both dvds and since then have included jogging into my workouts and still do the 30DS and RI30 workouts randomly and only about 2-3x week. I love how quick they are and they have really helped my stamina and core strength!0 -

My results can be viewed by clicking the link below. Combined 30 day shred 5 days a week with 30-45 min of cardio 3-4 days a week. I did not follow a strict diet plan, just added more veggies and cut back on fast food. Lost 5 pounds total.

I'm on day 12. Day two of level 2. I laughed when she said "I want you to feel like you're going to die" because that's how I felt at that moment. The lunges are killer for me because I'm not very coordinated. I'm excited to see the results I get at the end. I have noticed a huge difference in muscle so far. I can feel leg muscles I've never felt before. Seeing everyone's pics definitely keeps me going.0
