3500+ Calories Burned Challenge 11/29 - 12/5

The 3500 calories burned challenge is back for the week of Monday 11/29 - Sunday 12/5. I am going to need this and I am going to set my personal goal to 4000. I had a shin splint last week so took short work out on Thursday and took Friday - Sunday off to rest it so did not make the goal of 3500 last week.
I am going to change the format for posting every day so everyone can personalize their own goals. I just request that the minimum of each goal is atleast 3500.
Here is the format for logging through this challenge.

Weekly Goal:
Mon: carlories burned (how they were burned)
Tues: carlories burned (how they were burned)
Wed: carlories burned (how they were burned)
Thur:carlories burned (how they were burned)
Fri: carlories burned (how they were burned)
Sat:carlories burned (how they were burned)
Sun:carlories burned (how they were burned)

    I burned 3892 calories this week....Down 150 or so calories from last weeks work outs! (I thought I was working out more this week....Hmmmm?)
