I'm 25. I've been overweight my entire life, seriously, like since I was 4 years old. I'm a mom, and that's wreaked havoc on my poor body, lol.
I started at 274, I'm at 251. My goal is 175. I'm 5'6". I do Wii games and exercise videos. I don't have a gym membership, so everything I do is at home.0 -
Seems like a cool idea. I'm 30 years old, 5'10 with a starting weight of 246 back in October. I'm down to 227 now and trying to get under 200 pounds, and to be able to do a sprint triathlon by the end of summer.0

Hello! I am a 5' 1" 23 year old female (no kids) at 140 lbs. My goal is to reach 116 lbs due to my small frame. I am a vegetarian, I work out 6-7 days a week (cardio and HIIT mostly), and I drink water pretty much exclusively (might have a coffee in the mornings). I'd love to add some people who are around my same size with the same goals.0

29 here, mama to a little, work from home, 5'2" - weigh 189, looking to get down to at least 150 and definitely tone up + try to modify overall eating habits for a healthier life going forward. Ex soda-holic, haven't touched a drop of the "real" stuff in weeks, trying to stay clear of the diet but having one here and there. Not a veggie but love eating veggie options. Trying to exercise daily or every other at the least - using Daily Burn currently.0

I was running but had an achilles injury in August that forced me to stop. I started doing Jazzercise and love it. I do 6-7 classes a week and sometimes a day on the stationary bike. Currently in Physical Therapy for the achilles injury and the hip/glute injury that was caused by the achilles tear Hoping to be pain free and possibly running this spring again.0 -

Cool idea. I hope I can find my twin here! I was originally around 160 five years ago and then did Weight Watchers and lost 30 pounds. I have kept it all off but still want to lose a bit more -- tone up the thighs and belly, etc. I work out nearly every day, but I just need to bring my eating into check. I track on MFT religiously for breakfast and lunch, but then all hell breaks loose with dinner. If I can just get some dinner will power, I think I'll be golden. Which brings me to my twin stats:

I hit the gym 5-6 times a week; I do weight training/cardio/Zumba/BootCamp/whatever!! Low carbs, high protein, 5 or 6 small meals a day, trying to eat clean and cut out the junk but it's tough! Peanut Butter M&Ms are my downfall in life.

Focused on getting stronger via 5 x 5 Stronglifts program with minimal cutting in order to slightly reduce body fat without sacrificing muscle gain.
Like: Breaking OHP plateaus, running, videogames, red things.
Dislike: Protein macros, Medhi's casual sexism, spiders (especially the ones that sneak up to you when you're asleep and RIP YOUR FACE OFF!)0 -
