I had a rough week. From one injury to the next. Rolled my ankle on a chunk of ice during my long run & had to cut it short. Falling behind on my miles.

Bad week for me too. After injuring myself on Thursday's circuit training I tried to get back into it today - did a hilly 7 mile walk on Sunday and seemed OK so thought I'd be fine. Pulled up after 2.5 miles on the treadmill though. Got my first ever race this Saturday, a 5k and I'm seriously considering not doing it - but only a few weeks to the first of the 10ks and not sure if I should just plough through it! :S

2/19: 2.32 mi walk outside. Still too dangerous to run outside and I'm sick of the treadmill, so walking it is until conditions improve or the treadmill talks nice to me.
