last run of the month was today. 6.1+ in a pedestrian 49 minutes. Definitely took it easy today but going to rest Friday and weather permitting race a 5K on Saturday.
Ended with 113.2 miles and 16 runs. I think I had 5 or 6 other workouts at the gym. So overall a solid month and appreciate this thread to keep me motivated.0
