Hello! I'm new to My Fitness Pal, and I would love any twins on here as well as motivators! I am a 21, soon to be 22, year old female. My Starting weight was 182 and I'm now down to 158. My goal weight is around 135. I try to work out at least five days a week, but I need a little motivation on eating healthy! Add me even if we aren't exact twins!0

I am 23 years old, a mom, student and employee. I am 5'3'' and currently weigh 224lbs. My goal is to be under 200 by summer and ultimately I would like to be considered "healthy" on paper. So between 105-130lbs, but I'll take 140lbs! my workouts consist of 2/3 cardio and 1/3 strength and I just want to slim down all over, but especially in my belly and butt area!0

Currently: Smaller and somewhat fitter. Room to lower bfp.
Goal: Improve fitness, tone up more, be more awesome.
I mostly do strength training. Started about 6mo ago. Going great! Do the power, Olympic and general weight lifting twice a week. Then fill all the bits in between an adittional two gym sessions a week.
Started up on cardio yesterday. I hate cardio with a passion but got me on the treadmill. I figure it needs to be done sooner or later if I really want to improve all round.
So yeah, I need cardio support. I avoid it and honestly lack the motivation for it0 -

Currently, my workout passion is our treadmill - love to walk briskly and have recently started running for 30 minutes as well! Also, use our elliptical for 20 - 30 minutes 1-2 times a week, but my feet keep getting numb! When the weather is nice, I love walking outdoors and doing hikes with my family. Also, LOVE to SWIM in pools, lakes, rivers, etc. Every Saturday, I go to a personal training session for 45-60 minutes with my family. Goal is to consistently find time to add weight training 2-3 times a week as well. LOVE MY FITBIT and have a daily goal of 11,000 steps minimum and try to get 25 flights of stairs (with mixed results!) each day as well. Weakness is SWEETS - if they are around find it extremely challenging not to overeat, especially if it is chocolate!!0 -

I was much heavier in HS and college (180-200 lbs) But the past year or two my weight has fluctuated significantly bouncing between 145 and 175. I am new to MFP and have been much more serious and regular about my diet and workouts since the star of the year.
Currently doing Blogilates Beginners calender and planning to follow with 30DS. I also will be getting a gym membership when I move on the first. I should also mention I am Gluten Intolerant.

i am usually on MFP (and really active) mostly during the weekdays, weekends im pretty busy and rarely in front of a PC. I'm a geeky gamer chick, PS3/STEAM/COD.
Workouts consist mostly of Walking/light Jogging (my knees hate me)/Hiking and weight lifting. usually netting between 1200-1500 calories depending on the day. i can probably get away with eating more..but im happy with those numbers and never feel hungry or weak. I try to eat as organic and natural as processed, and live by my slow-cooker so anyone wanting to trade simple and quick recipe ideas feel free to inbox me.
I have quite a few friends and I try to keep up with everyone to be as supportive as possible.. but it would be cool to add more people in my height/weight range. i know I have a twin(s) out there somewhere!0 -

I'm a 35 year old female, 5'3, current weight is 185 lbs, my goal is 140.
I've been around 165-195 for probably the past 10-15 years. The only reason I got down to the 165 was when my ex (of 18yrs) dropped the bomb that he was cheating with my best friend and was leaving me for her back in 2012! I went into a depression so I didn't eat for over 4 weeks. I dropped about 20lbs. I have since gained that weight back but am still not as big as my heaviest of 195.
Obstacles: I have discipline and will power problems! LOL Also no gym membership....just what I can think up at home!
I am also just starting out here.
Any twins out there for me?? :happy:

I was always the "fat kid" when I hit 30 I lost 80lbs and got down to 150. When I turned 32 I had to have back surgery and gained it all back. Now I'm ready to get back to the 150lbs!! I'm also training for a Warrior Dash in October in Tennessee. I hit the gym in the AM doing spin or elliptical mostly and count calories. Would love to be motivated and to motivate.0 -
