Ok, it's a new month and I think I am ready to put last month's crash & burn behind me and move forward. I haven't worked out in a few weeks so I will be shooting low this month... plus I know it is going to be hectic all month and even more so the closer it gets to Christmas (the fiance and I are hosting Christmas at our house this year...eek! Lots of cleaning and decorating needs to be done!).
So I think I will challenge myself to 25 miles and hopefully I'll smash that. Will do my ticker tonight after work!0 -

Figures that day #1 would be my husband's ceremony at his gym, damn them fighters and their achievement awards LOL
I'll still get my run in when he comes home but I won't have time to skate today, and skating is my favorite part!0 -
3 miles walking tonight. Just too beat to run. Finally on an antibiotic for a pretty back case of bronchitis. Hope to take it easy this week with walks and then next week back to running training. I just need a rest from this friggin cough.0

I only did one today, but give me some credit: Wednesdays are my day off from working out, and when I realized I didn't do any miles at all, I got up off the couch and walked/ran through my apartment complex. :laugh:0

So, my November challenge I wasn't able to meet (32 out of 40). But December I'm taking into consideration the days that I have plans, the days I'll be out of town, and I'm going to set my challenge at 60 miles. I've been walking consistently for a month now and I think I can meet this challenge and hopefully exceed it.0

I managed to go over my November goal by 6.5 miles. So I'm going to push myself even harder this month and really step it up. I'm going to shoot for 50 miles this month! That's a pretty big leap going from a goal of 35 miles to a goal of 50 miles, but if I don't challenge myself I'll never know if I can do it, right?
I'm excited to be in this challenge with you all! Good luck to us all!
PS - I did a mile today. But it's late now and I'll have to wait until tomorrow to make my ticker and I'll add it then. Night night you beautiful people!0 -

Hi, Woke up to thick snow this morning so had a snow day!!! still managed to walk 6.5 miles with a stop at a pub for a few mulled wines (just had to be done!) and i'm now freezing :ohwell: but thawing out slowly lol.0
