I'm 26 (almost) 202, 5'9. I've lost 28 lbs so far and want to be 176 by May 31 and my goal weight of 150 by November 7th (though the second goal is flexible - I understand that your body changes a lot and I plan on acquiring muscle as well, so my goal weight may change - we'll see!!)! I do Jillian Michaels 30 day shred, elliptical, zumba, and strength training. I'm also going to do a 3 day juice fast and start adding juicing to my intake at least 3x a week (just bought a juicer - super excited!).

I am 44 years old, 5'5". Nine years ago I weighed 332 pounds. I put myself on restricted calorie and fat diet and lost over 160 pounds. In the last year I have gained almost 30 of it back. I am currently working on losing the weight I gained back. It is so much harder this time, maybe because the last time I had a good friend/sister in law that was my diet buddy. Now I no longer have that. So hoping to find one in here.0

So Im new to MFP, the posts and friends part anyway. Im 5'6 23 years old. Ive been struggling with my weight since i got out of highschool in 2008. In 2011 I weighed in at 239lbs. Got down to 217 but lost track of my goals and gave up. My fiance asked me to marry him in August and now i have motivation to get healthy and fit!! Whats a better motivater then my wedding dress! Sooo I began working out and eating healthy 7 weeks ago and have seen some results already!! I'm a 42 year old Dad. I'm at 185, in pretty good shape, but my metabolism is finally slowing down and I'm having to work for it! I recently joined a gym, so I've been there 5 days a week. I divide my time between treadmill, stationary bike, and weights. I hate the elliptical! haha I'm thinking about starting Couch to 5K, but I'm definitely intimidated!
