    I've learned; Eat any damn thing you want to, just expend more energy/calories than you take in. It's NOT about restrictions or self deprivation.

    Dead heat with;

    IGNORE anybody who tells you that you can't eat red meat, cheese, butter, chocolate, cream, or eggs.

    Don't deprive yourself, but don't binge. Moderation is key. If you want some pizza, eat a slice of pizza with a salad instead of half the pizza. If you don't let yourself have it, you'll only get frustrated and are more likely to fall off the wagon. At least in my experience.
