    Currently 119 lbs trying to reach 113 lbs. as part of a fitness challenge.
    1000 to 1100 per day. Some days over, most days under.
    Exercise includes Sculpting (free weights), cardio, boxing, dance, yoga, jogging, walking, elliptical, ARC Machine, some nautilus, a lot of core work - Seven days per week.
    I also cycle my calories e.g., I will restrict for a few days at a time and then increase my calories for one or two days.

    That really doesn't sound like a healthy intake at all!

    I probably average @1800. Plus, I exercise. But , now im trying to eat 800 cal. And still exercise. Realisticly hitting 900-1100, eating more fruit and vegetables. Happy life.

    Exercise: Walk/jog 3-4 miles 4x/week (increases every 3-4 weeks by 1 mile)-training for 1/2 marathon!
    Additional exercise: elliptical on super sore leg days; weight training on 1/3 off days
    I aim for 1600 calories. I'm a raw vegan/fruitarian/vegan, and I don't limit myself when I'm hungry :P I'm basically following an 80/10/10 lifestyle for the moment.

    Yesterday I binged :'( Came home after my workout, was SUPER tired (more than usual), and ate an entire Freschetta pizza (around 933 calories) to myself. Still lost .6lbs though! :P

    I am happy to see people right around where I am at. Sometimes I feel like I eat like a "man", but I know I workout hard and need to fuel my body.

    I follow IIFYM.

    At goal so I eat for maintenance: roughly 2500/day Mon-Fri and then eat back any deficit on Sat and Sun (roughly 3000-3500/day on weekends).

    I am very active. Active job plus training for a half marathon plus weight training and cycling and dancing for cross training. Workout 6 days a week, 1 rest day (cardio 6 days a week, weights 3 days a week).

    Eat 1620 - 2000 cals a day.

    Minimum of 15 min high intensity cardio every morning.
    (Boxing, jump rope, or dancing)

    Some strength training 2-3 week
    (Break dancing, pushups)

    I eat as much as I want when I want. I never go hungry.

    My diet consists of mostly fruit and vegetables which are low in calories so it can be difficult to accumulate 1620 per day.
    I occasionally eat eggs and fish when my body craves it (usually on days that I roller skate or weight train).

    So far I have lost over 30 pounds.
    6 pack for the first time in life. EVER!

    started at 387lb and was eating 1500 to 1800 a day, at least 30 minute swim a day, 2 hour swim once a week and some weight training and an aqua aerobics class once a week

    now 317lb and my daily calories is likely to spark an argument ( had surgery )
    walk 30 minutes a day and back to swimming from monday, have to hang fire a little longer on the weight training

    I eat anywhere between 1200-1600 calories depending on how active I am. I would say my average is 1400 calories per day. 1200 is super low for me and I only aim for that when my activities are low.

    I try to do cardio for 60-120 minutes 5 days a week

    My exercise only consists of going to work (cna) and going for long walks to get my 10,000 steps at a minimum. And the weight is coming off just dandy! Pretty soon I'm gonna try couch to 5k and then pick up some weights. I'm on track to be 150 at least by Christmas and god damn, I can't even imagine myself skinny. Never been that, so seeing myself without a gut is gonna be weird
