Do you have anything that you eat almost every day? I eat bananas and yogurt almost every day.

    Ice cream and cookies just about every night. Also a lot of chicken, Greek yogurt, and broccoli. And cheese.

    I'm not sure I eat a something *every* day, unless you count butter for cooking. Or coffee and creamer. But actual food.... I eat greek yogurt, granola, cheese, salad and chocolate very nearly every day.

    I have several! I eat porridge for breakfast nearly every day, as well as a protein shake. I usually end the day with a spoonful of peanut butter. :P My lunches on weekdays are pretty standard: spinach salad with bell pepper, chickpeas, and turkey.

    I eat carrots + hummus fairly regularly, though not every single day. The same goes for apples. I cycle through other foods that I'll eat daily for a couple of weeks and then replace it with something else to keep things fresh. My dinner is different every night, but the other meals and snacks tend to be pretty consistent.

    my breakfast is consistent everyday
    weekedays my mid morning, lunch and mid afternoon are the same
    everyday post workout i have the same shake

    the only variable is my evening meal which i like to have lots of variety in and sometimes weekends i splurge as i earn it

    pretty boring i've realised in my food but its worked and if its working i'm not going to go back to it not

    My food log is a prime example of repetition. Same thing for breakfast all but one or two days a week. I make lunches ahead for the week so that is usually the same, but I try to change it up each week. I have about 10 go to dinners that I rotate through.
