That was a big eye-opener for me. All previous diets had been VLCD - more a punishment for getting fat than a solution. (Damn the 80's!!!)0 -

You should't be hungry. A successful diet is one that keep you full and satisfied.
I fail if I'm hungry. I need to eat. If I make the right choices, I'm never hungry.0
