    Oh my... so many sentences and quotes come to mind. My favorite would have to be -

    You should't be hungry. A successful diet is one that keep you full and satisfied.

    I fail if I'm hungry. I need to eat. If I make the right choices, I'm never hungry.

    I know this sounds shallow but I want to run into my ex when he constantly made fun of me with the name calling and mental abuse about my weight. I had just had our baby and struggling to lose my last 15 lbs. I learned to appreciate now a wonderful husband who supports me and encourages me in what ever struggle I have..
