They were pretty crunchy but not as crunch as if you were to fry them. I bet if you used wonton wrappers (maybe big ones?) they would be crunchier. The egg roll wrappers made them a little softer than a fried egg roll.0 -

Probably not. This recipe is pretty to taste, so add what you want and take out what you don't.0 -

            my fiance and i were just talking about egg rolls! we/re both huge fans of chinese food but we decided we're not gonna do take-out anymore...we're gonna make it on our own but a healthier version! i can't wait to try these!!!0
