Hello all!! My name is Amber and I am the mother of a 2 yr old and 10 mon old twins (boy/girl). I am new to MFP and have only been logging for about a week. I am hoping that doing this challange will help keep me motivated. I am sick of not fitting in my clothes and not being able to walk up a flight of steps without getting short of breath. Unfortunately I have not been able to fit exercise into my daily routine yet. I enjoy walking, playing with my kids, cooking, scrapbooking, and gardening (although it is a little too cold right now).
My goal is to lose about 15 lbs by the end of this challange.

Hi!
My name is Nicole and I have an amzing hubby and 2 beautiful kiddos! My son will be 5 in January and my daughter just turned 2 on the 9th!!! After I had my first child, I lost all of my baby weight almost instantly! After my second, it has been harder! I have lost only 25 lbs since having her, after gaining 50 with her! I am ready to get back into logging in each and every day and keeping better track of what I eat! I am currently training for a 15k to benefit Colon Cancer which will be held in NYC!!! I have been training since July and the scale has actually jumped up a couple of pounds instead of down! GRRRR! HERE WE GO!!!

Hello everyone! This challange sounds like just the thing to kick off my weight loss and keep me motivated so count me in. My name is Amy, I am 29 and work as an anaesthetic nurse. I live with my partner Jon and we both enjoy going to the pub, going to gigs and eating out. Although this is great fun I doesn't help my waistline so I am now wanting to get fit and lose weight. I have recently started swimming regularly and have joined my local gym. I would like to lose 14lbs by the end of this challange.

Hey everyone! My name is Cori, I've been married to my husband for 11 years (just has our anniversary this past Saturday) and five kids. Twin boys that are 8, a 6 year old daughter, and 4 year old boy/girl twins. Between us my husband and I have lost 140 lbs - I'm looking forward to adding to the total. I'd like to join to! The thanksgiving challenge kept me motivated and I haven't been since lol.
To be honest I'll probably try to maintain until after christmas and then start eating well again. It's just too hard right now. Or at least I tell myself it is lol. Plus my best friend said she'd workout with me after christmas since her husbands soon to be back from deployment and she needs to look good.
I'm Meagen. I'm 21, I go to school full time and I work part time and usually all I have time to do is homework. I know I'm trying not to overwhelm anyone with just how exciting my life is lol.
For this challenge I think I'm really going to focus on working out and eating when I'm hungry not when I'm bored. Good luck everyone!

I'm in...I started my journey Jan. 2010 and so far I've lost 41 lbs. I had gall bladder surgery in March 2010 which has forced me to re-evaluate my eating habits. I would like to lose about 40 more lbs. in 2011. So I need all the motivation I can get especially this time of year.
