    Anyway, congrats on your progress, glad you have learnt a lot from MFP. And I honestly admire your commitment, I mean 3 years?! Wow! You deserve your results, that's for sure. Oh and have fun bulking, I'm sure you'll be even hotter than you already are when you finish your bulk phase.
