    (A lot of this is me moving to the South as an adult)

    Now I want to know what the hell Mullet Dip is 'cause I like the other things on your list. What if I'm missing out on the single most wonderful southern delicacy known to man?

    Is that dip for the fish or the hair style? I don't want to accidentally not eat the wrong one :(

    According to your topic: If you are looking to lose weight, stay away from any "white" food - bread, pasta, rice, etc. Stay away from ANY carb and ANY sugar. Don't know how much you are trying to lose, IF that's the case, but stick to a Meditteranean diet - lots of greens, fish, chkn, turkey, veggies, coconut oil / olive oil and nuts.

    I'm in love with brussels sprouts. I have had them nearly every day of the week for the last two weeks. I want to marry them.

    I must admit that I too love the brussel sprouts. I also enjoy odd smells. Coincidence? I think not!

    Guess you don't know how to cook then :) Hook that ish up w/ seasonings, butter or a cream sauce. YES you can eat butter and cream sauces, no margarine though.

    This is dumb. Eat what you want, don't eat what you don't want. However, people have some WEIRD hangups about food on here.

    Pineapple/Pizza? DELICIOUS.
    Brussel sprouts? Roasted with olive oil and kosher salt, DELICIOUS.

    I will try anything once. And if I don't like it the first time, I'll try it again.
