    Calories burnt is usually between 500-800 something, most days higher than 600. I workout 6 days per week for over an hour, usually running or the elliptical
    Current goal is just to improve running speed and endurance, maintain weight/ maintain between 127-130 lbs range...

    I work out about 5 times a week for 30 minutes. High Intensity Interval Circuit Training. I eat back what I burn, and workout to gain fat-burning muscle and to be and look stronger. I also log the walking I do for school and work. With circuit training I usually burn in the high 300's and with walking it can be the same but usually around 150-200 (depends on how much)

    I want to lose weight to make traveling easier, more stamina when hunting/doing the outdoors stuff I love and to generally just be healthier and respect God's creation in me.

    I am 35,

    Current Weight: 156lb ( I have lost 21lb so far);

    Goal weight: 140 - 147lb;

    I try to eat about 1500 calls per day and not to eat back my exercise calories.

    My burn depends what I have been doing that given day, obviously it is lower on weight training days, but if I am running or doing insanity or similar I am looking at a 450 burn........I usually workout a minimum of 4 times per week.

    I have drifted this year so far....trying hard to refocus and get to goal. Feel free to add me if you think we may be similar.

    I'm 5'11", and I am 32 years old. I am also 10 months out from a partial thyroid removal due to thyroid cancer.

    When I started back in December, I was 265 lbs. I started at a 1500 calorie a day diet, and I wasn't exercising at all at that point.
    By January 1, I was 250 lbs. I didn't start exercise until February 21. I was 243 when I started working out. In the month and a half that has passed, I have increased my workouts gradually each week, so now I do Zumba 4 times a week, weight training 2 times a week.

    I am now, as of this morning, 231 lbs. Zumba burns over 960 calories per session. My calories are now at 1350 per day, so my total loss as of today is 34 lbs. I still have 32 lbs until my first goal weight of 199 lbs becomes a reality.

    NET 1500-1800 cal per day... I try to eat back 1/2 of my exercise calories

    Walking 20-30 minutes a day, running 2x a week, cycling 2x a week. average calorie burn is 250-300 a day

    Current goal is to tone up. People have told me to stop loosing, but I still have a few problem areas

    Calories 1500 - 1900+ depending on my work outs. Losing .5 pounds a week is fine with me.

    I burn as much as 800+ calories on some days (1.5 -2 hour, intense workouts 3 days a week) I burn a minimum of 300 on easy days and I rest on Sundays.

    Calories per day: I try to keep it under 1300, but atleast 1200. Also try to keep my carbs under 100 grams, just seems to help me.

    Workout: I have been training for a mini marathon and run 3-4 times a week. I also just started "New Rules of Weightlifting for Women" to start strength training.

    I typically don't eat my workout calories back.

    I do the 30 day shred daily, I'm on level 3 day 4. I cycle between 10 and 15 miles every other day at 13mph. I ride one or two horses most days. I eat 1200 plus half my exercise calories (excluding the riding ones as I've been doing that so long I don't think it burns that many any more!).

    I consume 1200 calories a day and usually burn 400-800 calories a day. I don't usually eat back the calories unless I get hungry, but I've had plenty of energy lately.

    I eat between 1200 to 1400 (ish) depending on if I worked out that day or not. I try to work out for an hour five or six days a week. My goal is to get down to a size 6, maybe even a size 4, but I would be happy with 6.

    I really want to get toned up and improve my cardio ability. Obviously weight loss is a goal too, but I want my body to be fit, not just thin.
