    girls, if you are 5'7 or 5'8 or 5'9 or somewhere around there please reply and let me know your age, height, weight (in pounds please), how many calories you eat per day and how many you burn per day. Also please include what your goals are (losing weight, getting toned, gaining weight, etc)

    Highest weight: 240lbs
    Current weight: 183lbs
    Goal weight: 155lbs

    I try and net 1200-1600 cals a day for a 2lb a week loss (that's a rough goal, some weeks is more, some weeks is less)

    If I go to the gym the machines and MFP tell me I burn about 600-800 cals so it's probably more like half that haha. Also if I don't make it to the gym (I go probably 2-5 times a week? depends what I've got on at uni) I'll try and get a 30+minute walk or jog in. Maybe a 30 day shred session if I can be bothered :D

    I want to get down to 155 because I've been that number before and I feel it looked great on me. I felt slim and toned and sexy. Also reignited my love affair with running and the toned legs it gives me <3
    Once I'm closer to goal I want to focus more on weight lifting and a little less on cardio just to change it up.

    Calories Burn: I think this app is incorrect as a burn tracker...I do abs every morning with the exception of Saturday and every other day I do full body in the evening (so some days I workout twice).

    My Goal switched from gaining weight to gaining muscle. At this point I want to tone and have the last few pounds be muscle.

    Caloric Intake: 2500-3000 cals per day
    Exercise: Burn about 650 (heavy weight lifting 3 days a week and HIIT 5 days a week, twice a day)

    I haven't really been taking my food intake too seriously so I've just maintained my weight.
    However, if I was to simply cut 500 cals per day I could be at my goal weight in no time, I'm just not ready to take that step yet bc I love food too much :)

    Walk for nearly 1hr every day
    Target...don't really have one, just want to lose weight and look and feel fitter. ...my weight was fine til I hit menopause and had total hysterectomy then weight just shot up!!!
    Tracking calories really helps me to see how even 1 little treat can pile on the pounds.:flowerforyou:

    Weight: 234
    Calorie target: 1750 but I burn around 300-600 5 or 6 times a week and eat most of it back so most days it's around 2200. I also lift 3 times a week via the Stronglifts 5x5 program.

    Goals: Losing weight, gaining muscle, lowering BF%. I do not have a target weight, I have a target look/feel, when I reach it, I will maintain.

    My highest weight was about 190 or so and my lowest was about 140.

    My goal is to get to about 125. I eat 1200 calories per day and I don't exercise. My job is pretty physical and I'm on my feet all day doing a lot of lifting, pushing, and pulling.

    I eat 1550 cals a day for a projected wl of 1lb per week, exercise 3/4 times a week combo of cardio and weights. Overall goal I want to be a size 8/10 (uk sizing) healthy fit and strong...and happy :)

    I eat 1200 net calories a day, plus half of my estimated exercise calories for a projected weight loss of 2lb per week. I exercise 6 days a week 30-60 mins. I do 40 mins cardio M-W-F-S, and T-T 30 mins of cardio, and weights.

    Calories burned around 315 or more at least 3x a week
    Usually have a deficit any where from 20-600 calories

    Do I need to eat back all or half burned calories? I have been weighing daily (OCD about it)
    Lost 67lbs ( from 243 to 176 when first was diagnosed) then became pregnant at 39.

    I've been trying to eat between 1200-1500 calories a day
    I typically burn around 300 on the elliptical a day.

    I would love to be at the weight I was two years ago- 120.

    Who knows how long that will take though!

    I want to start an accountability group, for all us women who want to touch base and stay on track. The support I've found works wonders!
