I did a 5k around my neighborhood today. I did my 5 min warm up and was able to run the rest of the time. Now I need to work on my time.

I went for a walk today. Not five K but probably about half that. I'm just proud to have gone out at all. It would have been way easier to stay in and eat and drink in my cozy apartment! Thanks for the challenge! Will do again tomorrow!0

My name is Emiko and I joined this site to lose my last pounds of flab. I initially lost over 60 lbs and have now hit a plateau. The last 10-15 lbs are getting extremely hard to lose and I feel like the fat is permanently attached to my body, and the scale doesn't seem to want to move. This challenge sounds like fun, and a great way to keep me accountable. Otherwise, I like spending time with my family and friends, and aside from chocolate (the obvious), I have a serious addiction to makeup and fragrance.0 -

My name is Janna, I have been on mfp since 9/10...I love the motivation and support of the different groups on the forums.. I am from upstate NY, live there with hubby, daughter and 2 kitties. have always been overweight...i have been on weight watchers and lost 36 lbs, which got me to my lowest weight 136 but cant do it again...it just bores me now that point system lol...i needed something more exciting..I have a treadmill and eliptical but have little motivation..I am ready to get back into the swing of things now that Christmas is over! I'm weighing in a day early because tomorrow I'm going to disneyland and I dont think I'll be online. So as you can see Christmas obviously took place lol. I'm kinda dissapointed but also kind of think it was worth it to just relax and enjoy myself. I will soon be on track again. Tomorrow wont be so bad because the last time I went to disneyland I walked over 10 miles and burned about 3000 calories! ( I know that thanks to my gowearfit haha). Then I plan on eating and drinking it up on new years eve and then new years the resolutions begin. Oh and I took before pictures so hopefully in 7 weeks I'll be prepared to take after pictures.0 -

i wanted to do this challenge but since i hit a tree on my toboggan and hurt my leg i can't do this weekend's challenge0 -
This may not be a true weight this morning as I am on a liquid diet and cleanse until I get a cancer check this afternoon. I only consumed 800 calories yesterday. Still, my scale yesterday was only 2lbs heavier so I consider it progress nonetheless - we'll see what tomorrow brings. Oh and AF is due today too so I'm sure I'm screwed up all over the place where the scale is concerned! I usually gain a couple of pounds because of it so...???!!!!
I only walked the one day. Still, it was good to get out even the one time.
