Been at this for about a year and working sets are currently at:

By the end of the year I'd like to hit:

Those dang long arms make my bench gains slow!0 -
Dunno, dunno and dunno. And my bench press is because of long arms too.0

Recent (last two only attempted maxes within years ago, but similar strength currently)
Bench: 380lbs
Squat: 465lbs (only leg pressing recently, 965x4-6)
Deads: 585lbs (only rack pulling/shrugging recently since I lost gym with deadlift area :P )
Goals to get back to after weight drop:

Deads: 615-700lbs (when I get another gym membership with dead area I guess)0 -

seeing people talking about rack pulls- anyone feel they significantly impacted their lifts?
I read a few articles that said they really didn't help that much outside of perhaps a mental impact.
Thoughts?
I'm pushing 300 but for some reason it's an issue- wondering if I should start including them.0 -
