Weigh in at 192.6 and as soon as I kick this virus out of here, I am going to exercise by doing Just Dance on the WII hopefully at least 5 days. Just got the WII for Christmas and hope I get some good cardio out of it!0

Can't wait for the challenge to begin tomorrow! My weekly goals for the challenge are as follows:
* Leslie Sansone 5 Mile DVD with hand weights (2-3 miles) 5 X WEEK
* Circuit Training 30 min. 3 X WEEK
* Starting weight for challenge is 172.2

I dont have access to a scale right now, i always wiegh in on mondays, so i'll start then. As far as exercise, my plan is to exercise every other day, so it will be average of 4X a week, and i do mostly cardio, walking etc. low impact, caleries burned is caleries burned the way i see it.0

My exercise plans are at least 1 long walk a week, Saturday mornings usually, weather permitting.
Jillian Michael's 30 day shred or last chance workout DVD at least 4 x per week.
Sationary bike a couple times a week and when the weather is bad and I can't get outside.
And I can't forget, 100 pushup callenge and 200 sit up challenge, program runs the next 6 weeks, 3 x per week.

My current weight is 167. My goal weight is 115.
I plan to exercise 5-6 times weekly: run/walk, swim, cardio, weights, DVD's...ANything that I can get my hands on.
I plan to workout at least 30 minutes every morning, and do an hour at night.
I also plan to cut down my sodium, and sugar intake. No more sodas, no more fast food, no more snack.
I had a big scare this weekend (high blood pressure), I am only 25, so I am not going to let that take over my life. I am fighting back now!!!!

My weight as of 12/25/2010 was 167.4. I do my weigh-in tomorrow so hopefully down a few more lbs this week. Goal weight is 145.
Workout routine includes 3 days a week of Jackie Warner 30 minute, 3 days a week of Turbo Jam. Running will start getting incorporated as weather warms up then weights a few times a week to torn muscle. Starting weight was 174.6. Happy New Year!0 -

How do you like the Turbo Fire?? I wanted to try it but haven't heard much about it. I have used all the other turbo products and absolutely love them. Can you tell what the difference is?0 -

I want to start running and hopefully be able to do a marathon by this summer. Goal weight by the end of this is 160. I dont think I even remember being that weight. But really looking forward to seeing it.
