What did you have for breakfast this morning?

I had one whole egg microwaved with 2 tbs. low fat mozzarella cheese in a small low carb whole wheat tortilla and a small banana. I am full and it was only 262 calories :smile:

    Yum! I had homemade gluten free muesli with blackberries and unsweetened almond milk and a fresh mango! Oh and coffee of course.

    Chobani 100 calorie strawberry yogurt and I added a tablespoon of flax seeds. I drink a cup of water before i eat anything in the morning and 1 with my yogurt and it fills me up

    A home-made breakfast smoothie, comprised of:
    - Hemp protein - 2 Tbsp
    - Sesame Seeds - 2 Tbsp
    - Brown Linseed - 1 Tbsp
    - Banana - 1 Medium
    - Kiwi - 1 Medium
    - Blueberries - 1/2 cup
    - Plum - 1 small
    - Water

    And a bowl of porridge (oats and soya milk)

    All coming to 658 calories in total! It was delicious :)

    steel cut oats (1/2 cup cooked), 1 Tbsp Q'ia cereal, half a banana, 1/4 cup 1% milk, 1 extra large egg scrambled with 1 Tbsp 1% milk and 1 oz part-skim mozzarella cheese. Scrambled eggs are a weekend treat for me :)
