This is a challenge group for people that likes to do challenges. The challenges will be a month long. Some may be easy as in you already do that and some may be hard! If you have any request of a challenge you would like to see us all do for a month you may message me the idea!

Janurary Challenge:
***NO FAST FOOD*** Can't have no fast food for the whole month! 29 more days!!!!


Each challenge entry will look like this...

Janurary Challenge: *NO FAST FOOD*
Monday: :smile: Wanted to do lunch at Mcdonalds today..but instead had a tuna sandwich!
Tuesday: :smile: Didn't even think about fast food today
.
.
.
and so on! Each day you will relpy with that day added and what happen that day that had to do with the challenge! As the example above shows. At the end of the week you will have the whole week stats!

  • Fast food is my BIGGEST problem when it comes to gaining weight! I usually eat out several times a week, but I'm trying to change that for the better! I'm kind of nervous to join this challenge, but I guess I'm in. I know that I can do it, it's all about willpower. Does Subway count though (if I get one of the healthy sandwiches)?

    The fast food question....yall I forgot to go into detail! Fast food means mcdonalds taco bell kfc...if you can't go in and sit at a nice resturant that a waiter comes to you and you have to leave a tip then its fast food!!!! Subway is okay!!!!

    Oh this is awesome! I know this is crazy but I crave fast food... this is gonna be tough... :blushing:

    YAY I'm so happy to see al the people joining! I will post my stats tomorrow morning! Remember yall if yall have any challenge ideas/request that you would like to do and see us all do with you please message me them and I'll try my best to fit them in! I only have 11 more challenge spots left!

    And remember some months mayb easier than others but it will be fun and we will be doing them together!

    Ulitmate goal weight: 155 would make me very happy, but it's the top of my healthy range, so I'll get there and see :)

    Monday: Had a ticket for a free sandwich promotion at Chick-fil-a this morning for breakfast. I'd had no fried food for the last week to reward myself with that but skipped it once I joined this challenge and opted for breakfast at home instead. Good luck to all!

    Monday :laugh: I usually stop and get a breakfast sandwich didn't. I also passed several fast food joints on the way home but didn't stop.

    Monday- Worked out on p90x thought I could eat more since I worked out but I am not even hungry!! (plus no fast food!!!!!)
  • Hey Everyone!

    Well my first day without fast food went EXTREMELY well. I am usually one to just grab some fast food while im out and about.. but today was different. I did what I had to do... stopped at a gas station to get some water and a small bag of popcorn when I got really hungry, ate that. And then came home to eat. SO MUCH LESS EXPENSIVE! Woot!

    So excited about doing this and joining my fitness pal. You guys have no idea.

    Monday - :smile: No fast food. Even had a good dinner! BBQ chicken tenders (oven). Even ate less than I would have normally!
