94 lbs lost - at 140 lbs. - Easter 2014
I am 5'4" and 57 years old. Working on the last 6 pounds but only because I wanted to lose 100 lbs when I started. I'm very happy with my size and the new clothes I can wear, as well as my energy level. It's been a great journey!61 -

LOOKING AWESOME!!! This is exactly the motivation I need. I'm 5 ft. 3 and 3/4 so I would look a tiny bit chubbier at 145 but I must say I only have a great looking future ahead of me :-)23 -

I'm 54 and 5' 5.5" Picture on profile is current. Have compilation pic (4 images) and other photos of my journey on profile. BMI starting was 44% and now 22%7

I am 5'4"...I started my journey in December 2011 logging and hitting the gym. I lost 30 lbs in 6 months and was happy at 160. From June 2012-Sept 2012 I did not exercise. Sept 2012 I started horseback riding once a week. In Jan 2013 I started riding 3 times a week. I maintained around 155 during this time period. I started logging & exercising more last month April 2014 and am now down to 148 and am still riding 3 days a week plus 1 or 2 other days of walking/workout videos
Before: December 2011 this was my heaviest ...right around 190
After: September 2013 at about 155.13 -

I am 5'3" and at 278!! Never in my life did I think I would be here:sad: , I am just starting again, I had two boys and ever since my weight gas been going up! I was in the army before kids and use to work out daily but now Im busier than ever! I am trying Vi shakes and healthy nutrition to drop..My goal is to get down at least 100 lbs then get down to 136!14

Hey there!! I'm Jamie and only just started on MFP a few weeks ago when I hit a plateau in my weight loss. I started back in May 2013 after failing sooo many times before. Here's my before pics from my cousin's wedding weekend (May 2013/240lbs) and my pics from this month May 2014 (190lbs)!! I am down 50lbs and with MFP, hopefully I will hit my goal of 25 more. By the way I am 5'3"!113
