I am 5'4"...I started my journey in December 2011 logging and hitting the gym. I lost 30 lbs in 6 months and was happy at 160. From June 2012-Sept 2012 I did not exercise. Sept 2012 I started horseback riding once a week. In Jan 2013 I started riding 3 times a week. I maintained around 155 during this time period. I started logging & exercising more last month April 2014 and am now down to 148 and am still riding 3 days a week plus 1 or 2 other days of walking/workout videos

Before: December 2011 this was my heaviest ...right around 190

After: September 2013 at about 155.

I am 5'5" and my starting weight was 201lbs in August 2010 (not too hard to guess which of those profile pictures is from that time;) I've lost over 60 lbs and have maintained normal BMI through and after my pregnancy with my daughter and a hip arthroscopy. She's almost 2 and I'm at 134 and maintaining.
Sorry I can't post pictures, but there are a good amount on my profile.

It's so great to see people of similar heights and weights all showing success. I thought I would share mine too although it is on ongoing battle still for me - not reached goal weight but at least going in the right direction.

Was 12stone (168lbs) at my heaviest (probably about 10years ago now. I have very gradually lost weight and upped my activity levels and am currently at about 9stone 10lbs (136lbs)
