Day 1: Held a huuuge bake sale, ended up eating one and a half lemon squares, a mint chocolate chip cookie, and wo amazing Reese’s peanut butter cup cupcakes bought at the bake sale. Chocolate cupcakes with chocolate buttercream frosting and a mini Reese’s inside.
Day 2: Pint of Ben and Jerry’s Half Baked Froyo. The whole pint. So amazing and full of chunks of deliciousness.
Day 3: Package of Birthday Cake M & Ms. Not bad- actually tastes pretty cake-like. Also, it’s teacher appreciation week, so I had two small browned butter blondie with chocolate chips and nuts from the lounge.
Day 4: Teacher appreciation week continues- two small chocolate cupcakes with buttercream frosting.
Day 5: One slice of marble cake with buttercream frosting, along with a little (lot) of extra frosting… one large chocolate chunk cookie, half of an M & M cookie, and half of a brownie.
Day 6: HOBOY. It happened. I knew it would come. DONUT DAY. My krytonite. Had 2 chocolate covered donuts. Amazing. Also had half a (different kind from yesterday) brownie and a small peanut butter cup cookie. I managed to make everything fit this week, and only took the good stuff. Teacher appreciation ACCOMPLISHED!

Day 1 - A sour cream donut rolled in cinnamon sugar (still warm, they were baked off 10 mins before my shift ended so naturally i had to get one to scarf down on the way home) and two rootbeer float flavored marshmallows. Deeeeelicious!
Day 2 - a serving of Talenti Caramel Apple Pie, a serving of Steve's Sunday Morning Ice Cream, and two vanilla lavender marshmallows
Day 3 - a serving of Steve's Mint Cacao Chip Ice Cream, what was left of my Jeni's Banana French Toast ice cream (.85 of a serving), 2 vanilla lavender marshmallows and a rootbeer float marshmallow.
Day 4 - a serving of Steve's Mint Cacao Chip Ice Cream, a dark chocolate covered caramel, and four french macarons
Day 5 - A serving of Talenti Coffee Chocolate Chip Gelato, a serving of Turkey Hill Lemoni Biskoti, two french macarons, and two rootbeer float marshmallows

Day 6 - a serving of Jeni's Rainbow Frozen Yogurt and a couple marshmallows in rose vanilla and passion fruit. (passion fruit is ok. i prefer the rose vanilla. it is tastier than the lavender vanilla i have, but none are as good as the root beer float)

Day 1 - Chocolate fudge brownie - I did not see the thread in time and already ate it so now picture.  Fail on my part.
Day 2 - Half of a Reeces peanut butter cup cupcake with butter cream and chocolate frosting.  Only half because she ate the other half.  Also, a serving of Talenti - Sea Salt Caramel Gelato.
Day 3 - Talenti - Southern Butter Pecan Gelato
    Day 4 - Chocolate fudge brownie - I took a nice bite of it before I realized I didn't take a picture.
Day 5 - Chocolate chip cookie and a Peanut butter white chocolate chip cookie.  I should have had 2 or 3 of the PB instead of the other one.   Not a proud day for me.  Plus I ate like 4 lunches so i didn't have many calories to spare.
Day 6 - Lobster tail - It was a croissant like baked pastry filled with bavarian cream and topped with powdered sugar. I also have 3 chocolate covered, nutella filled cookies.

Day 1: Some amount of freshly made strawberry ice cream at the Charlotte Fair. Probably the best strawberry ice cream I've ever had; got to watch it being churned and scrapped out, which always makes things taste better. Super creamy, not too sweet, nice pieces of strawberry. nomnom
Daty 2: Strawberry cheesecake, 3 oreo cookies, and a dark chocolate square filled with sea salt caramel.
Day 3: 7 oreo cookies and milk.
Day 4: A peanut buster parfait from Dairy Queen
Day 5: 4 oreo cookies and two rice krispie treats.
Day 6: 3 Rice Krispie treats (Which somehow ended up logged on the day before....) and 6 oreo cookies.

I tried my usual private selection chocolate ganache ice cream and it tasted like shet. funny how a bad mood can even kill the happiest inducing ice creams?

I wish I had enough lean body mass like you LOLbroscience to be able to eat a reasonable portion of ice cream, sweets, etc and still move towards fat loss. You have A LOT of lean body mass so your resting metabolic rate is very high compared to a fattie like me.

BTW, I find this topic so cute. It's adorable that a big muscular guy has a collection of specialty flavoured chocolates.

Uhm, I didn't start the challenge with everyone else, but I wanted to say that I include a little sweetness into my diet everyday. I am a bit of a sugar monster so I need to have a little bit everyday. Today, I had a huuuge cup (25 oz!) of 1/2 sweet boba milk tea! It was delicious. Now I'm hyped up on sugar and caffeine.

I'm a short girl trying to lose the last pounds, so no crazy BMR here. I can have a reasonable portion of yummy things every day after I ate my veggies and my protein and healthy stuff. It's all about setting a reasonable calorie goal and learning moderation

Same here! My BMR is at around 1200-something. GreatDepression, have you noticed that this thread has a variety of people at different stages? It's not just a big muscular guy doing this. We're all still losing and we're eating what we enjoy.

I don't know... I don't trust myself with "moderation" yet. I NEVER ate junk food in small sizes before and I don't know if I have enough self control to not binge.

I"m 5'3" female so I dare say you have a higher BMR than I do, and yet here I am, doing LOLbroscience's 30 day challenge for the second time. If you feel like you lack self control that's one thing, and very valid, but let's not get condescending or call things 'cute' or imply that only muscular men are able to do this.

Well, this is a thread of Love and Happiness, so here goes a tip for you. There are times when I might binge a bit, but then I buy portion sizes only. The control happens in the store, not at home, and I still can have the cake and eat it.

    Day 1: Zuppa inglese
Day 2: Apple and cinnamon home-made mini cake
Day 3: Ciacco's gelato (custard and chocolate sorbet)
    Day 4: Home-made carrot cupcakes
    Day 5: Moar carrot cupcakes
Day 6: Last cupcake standing + home-made espresso pudding
Day 7: White chocolate cranberry cookies and milk. So so yummy. I wanted cookies but no time to bake so I bought these. I've been wanting to try them for a while but I always ended up picking the good old CCC.
I'll be doing some reverse engineering on them. For science.
(The cranberries should have been chopped though, they kind of stick to your teeth sometimes.)
