2hrs of classes (learning new stuff for a show, I'm seizing up already from the effort) then another 40mins when I got home, plus 15mins of stretching.

AM row on the water (16k), AM 2 - core strength, PM - erg (14k), PM 2 - heavy lifts
Oh... and some running around like a headless chicken to get my "real work" done.0 -
5 minute warm-up on the elliptical, then legs and abs, then 10 minutes on the elliptical at the end of the workout.0

Yesterday I did Diamond Cutter 50 minute workout from the DDP Yoga exercise series.
Today I will do Red Hot Core 15 minute workout from DDP Yoga as well as mowing my lawn!
I absolutely LOVE the DDP Yoga series! I have bad joints so I love how I can make my own resistance by contracting my muscles during yoga moves add the cardio to jack up the heart rate to burn calories while standing still!0 -

SL5x5 this morning, but doing my own version. Today was Bench, BOR and squats. I threw in some assisted pullups (-70), back extensions and hip abductions and sandwiched it all between 5 & 8 mins of cardio.0
