A couple of miles only this week so far.
I pulled something in my knee so have been out of action the past week - so I'm not going to hit my target. Might reduce it to a more realistic figure.

5/8-5/11 – 1.0 miles (On a cruise, running track closed due to high winds. Could only get through 1 mile on the boring treadmill but lots of untracked walking including many stairs. Still managed to get in stronglifts.)
