so i jumped on scale yesterday and was down to 202...jumped on again this am and i was down to 198-199 - it kept jumping around.....soooooo, i'm hoping to stay on track for a TRUE loss this saturday......really excited to know i really did just gain because of water weight and am actually getting back down is because of my hard work.....0

I was so very nervous to step on the sale this morning because of a trip earlier in the week. But I was pleasently suprised!!! I was down 4.2 lbs!!! I put the wrong start weight on here so from that weight I have lost 3.8 lbs this week!! What a difference a 0.8 of a lb looks like. LOL

well after running/walking 42 miles last week and doing other exercise as well along with eating well the scale didn't budge at all. :grumble:

I've decided to manually change my settings on MFP. I was playing around to see what my "maintain" calories would be around Christmas and when I went back to what I thought were my original settings, it dropped me from 1290 to 1210 calories. That may not seem like a lot but I'm having a hard time doing that. It seems like when I'm under, I'm also under my 1200 net and when I'm over I'm WAY over......1290 plus exercise was working for me.
So I've manually set it back to 1290 calories a day and I should lose .8 lbs a week. Less than the 10lbs of this challenge, but I'd rather drop than go back and forth on the same 2 lbs for the next 10 wks!0 -

I'm nixing my weigh in for 1/8, and possibly 1/15 too. This UTI is having me retain so much freaking water! I'm so bloated. Lots of stress going on around here, too. TOM is also due any day now. Can't catch a break. Hoping for a better weigh in nxt week.

I am feeling pretty good so far this week. I have one more night off than back to work. I do better with my diet when I work because I pack my lunch. I do worse with the exercise so it usually balances out.

The ice day killed me yesterday! I thought I was dong fairly good, but got lazy about logging and when I got on to put it in I was SHOCKED how over I was. Back into my routine today, even if I'm still stuck at home!0

we started on 1/1 which was a saturday but some people weigh in on fridays, mondays, tuesdays....so any day you want as long as i have your most recent weight by tuesday of each week....i weigh on saturdays and update the group sometime after that, it could be as late as monday....i would like to try to get the chart up by wednesday of each week so just get me a weight by tuesday....0
