    I just had rolled oats with flaxseed cooked with fresh strawberries and nectarine. I added 1/4 cup of 1% milk, 2 T of sugar free hazelnut syrup, and sprinkled a little cinnamon over it. i was like dessert for breakfast and was ridiculously good.

    an evil wonderful person brought in chocolate cake with chocolate icing.. and I'm on a graveyard shift.. so I had a piece. But I don't have my food scale or any way of measuring how much I ate.. alas, I think I wil ljust do an extra cardio session tomorrow... Fair?
