I truly believe this person can lose that much weight. June 21,2013 I weighed 275 pounds and now June 3, 2014 I weigh 169 pounds. That is a total of 106 pounds gone in less than a year. I have worked hard to get here and still have 39 more pounds to lose. But I know I can do it! I also do it healthy under the care of a dietitian. No pills, no crazy fad diets!! Just natural calorie counting and exercise. So anything is possible if you want it bad enough. Also a lot of people tend to be jealous when someone is so successful. I've had that problem with some of the people I thought were my friends. It's sad to say, but is the truth. Good luck to you and keep up the good work!!0

Well I am someone who lost about 40 pounds in 10 weeks on a 1600 calorie diet and working out 4-5 days a week. So I believe you. Also, the bigger you are, the more weight you will lose. Don't get mad at this persons success, just work harder and maybe you too will have amazing results. Besos...0

Congrats. I like the slow decrease in cals.Um....I don't buy it.
For a man. I have no doubts its true. I lost 40 lbs in 22 weeks not quite as impressive but it was mostly just tracking food with Weight Watchers and little exercise till the end.0 -
Awesome work, good on you!0

Um....I don't buy it.
If they were really heavy to start it's totally possible.0 -
Loosing 11 pounds 1st week ? Uhm no ty no one would buy that. Thats a DAILY deficit of 5000 calories. Unless you are a race horse on steroids that is just simply not possible to loose that much in a week.
Obvious troll is obvious.0 -
I just wanted to add that I think that you should go back 2000 calories a day. 1500 seems a bit low. You'll still see weight loss, I'm sure. It might not be 8 pounds a week, but you won't have many more 8 pound losses anyways if you're doing it healthy, slow, and safe.
Im eating great and healthy and lots of variety and not suffering or hungry. Im taking no pills or gimicks. Just eating less and working out more.
If you found a healthy method that is working for you then by all means continue with it. Dont let the negativity or the haters keep you down. Your doing a great job!0 -

Question:
Am I understanding this in the right order? You've already lost 182 lbs which put you at 364 and you want to lose another 164 to put you at 200? Just making sure I'm following correctly.0 -

This. Plus, to those who are saying "I've done this and I didn't lose that much"... everyone is different. Duh... :laugh:0 -
For some people, if they lose weight too slowly in the beginning (like me) they get un-motivated. I have to show a lot of progress or I get frustrated with myself. We are not all the same.0
