I totally agree with you. I'm sure I'm not the only one who's middle school experiences scarred them emotionally for life. We homeschooled our 3 boys through their middle-school years. I think think they're the more well-adjusted for it.
This. I'm seriously considering keeping my kids out of middle school when they reach that age. Middle school effed with my self-esteem so bad. I often still think I'm ugly and awkward because of that hellhole.
You are far from ugly or awkward...
Kids teasing me in Middle School gave me the motivation to lift weights before H.S. I beefed up to 250 and no one has picked on me since. But its not a bad idea.0 -
Hackensack, NJ.
If I die and was judged to be a bad person, I will forever burn in Hackensack.0 -

Hopefully Iraq. Scratch that, I'd rather go back to Iraq than Hinesville, GA any day of the week.0

Taco Johns. I know I was intoxicated but don't think just because I have had a few drinks, you can give me the wrong change...It was only four dollars...I should get fifteen and odd change back, not eight and a quarter0

This might get me in trouble because I have friends in that general area- but London Ontario. Worst road trip adventure ever.0

I think I would agree with Paris. I found it beautiful if you can plug your nose. There is so many homeless people and the smell of piss is literally everywhere. I was really looking forward to it but the smell in the height of summer definitely put me off.0

Texas, all of it.
My theory is that the best place to be in all of Texas is right in the middle. That way, no matter which direction you go, you're leaving Texas.

itt: texas haters.
Anyone that hates on Texas has obviously never REALLY experienced Texas.
With that said, Phoenix, Arizona. I'll never go back.0 -
