    Sorry for the late entry but asa newbie I wanted to go a week on the plan before getting weighed. Todays weight is 148kg. Lost 3.8kg since last being weighed. I'll enter next weeks on Sunday morning.

    Sent my driver to Damascus to buy a bathroom scale lol....we will see if the diet is working shortly ....lol

    My initial goal is 239lb. Sorry I left it out.

    Ended up with a sinus infection on Sunday and haven't worked out since Saturday. Got some steroids and antibiotics so things should be better in a couple of days.

    I just found this post. I know I am late but I definitely really like to join.

    Here are my weigh in if you guys would have me.
    On Jan 2, 2011 I was 253.4.
    on Jan 9, 2011 I was 248.4.

    Goal weight: 190 lbs
    Goal Date: July 25, 2011
    Method: P90X and Insanity, eating right. Tennis & Basketball.

    Starting my third week on this plan but I suspect now that my body will be adapting and the weight loss will slow down.
    It's had a bit of a beasting over the last couple of weeks.

    On Jan 2, 2011 I was 253.4

    Starting P90X tomoorow so hoping to have a great weigt loss this upcoming week!

    Check -in weight: 280lb.

    Didn't get to excercise as much as I wanted because I was sick, but next week will be better. Antibiotics are great things!

    Good work men! Keep up the good work!

    Fact: Did you know that it is considered 'reasonable' to lose up to 1% of your weight? It's easy to lose more initially (comes off fast initially), but for several weeks of weight loss, 1% is a good goal per week. For example, I've lost 4-5 lbs per week for the last 2 weeks, but I am only trying to lose 2-2.5lbs per week. This is difficult when there is a lot of weight to get rid of. Patience is the key! You'll get there!

    My weigh-in is 251.8lbs.

    I'm pretty new to this support group system and decided that I would try it out. It would be helpful to share my progress with others and also to be motivated by others' progress. Here is the plan:

    On a weekly basis (send stats Sunday), update the group. I will put it into a chart and repost the details. Post the following details (here are mine):

    Current weight: 260lbs
    Goal weight: 215lbs
    Method: Walking, eating less - lose 2lbs/week

    Let's do this!
    I have a VERY similar goal, though im 40 lbs more than you right now. My goal is to be around 215!
