Ended up with a sinus infection on Sunday and haven't worked out since Saturday. Got some steroids and antibiotics so things should be better in a couple of days.0 -

Method: P90X and Insanity, eating right. Tennis & Basketball.

Had a reasonable week and even had two days off.0 -

Didn't get to excercise as much as I wanted because I was sick, but next week will be better. Antibiotics are great things!0 -

Fact: Did you know that it is considered 'reasonable' to lose up to 1% of your weight? It's easy to lose more initially (comes off fast initially), but for several weeks of weight loss, 1% is a good goal per week. For example, I've lost 4-5 lbs per week for the last 2 weeks, but I am only trying to lose 2-2.5lbs per week. This is difficult when there is a lot of weight to get rid of. Patience is the key! You'll get there!
My weigh-in is 251.8lbs.
