Good Morning all. It is great to be among all you "losers" So encouraging! I am down three pounds this week. I worked out at the gym 6 days this week. My personal goal this week is to try and post more(this is only my 2nd post) Keep it up everyone!

I weighed in this morning and lost a few ounces, not a full pound. I have to admit I'm pretty bummed. I suppose 2 nights a week of Zumba is not enough. Last night was my BFs 30th Bday. It probably didn't help the scale this morning after drinking several beers last night....

Great job everyone! I'm happy to report that I've lost 1.4 lbs! I am so proud of myself... I am recovering from a small medical procedure so I haven't been able to work out so this is completely from dieting alone! I was also really struggling with my calories in the beginning. In a little more then 7 days I have done a complete 180 and have been doing really well with my caloric intake! Can't wait to keep this going and see how I do next week!

Well I'm really happy with my 3.6lbs!! prob because I didn't have a whole 7 days before my first weighin though! Only 3lbs away from my previously lightest weight. Can't wait to hit the 140s!!

It's nice to see how we're all doing as a group ... since I have oodles of cold and snow ... I stayed indoors and played some wii Zumba for over an hour and according to my HRM I burned 573 calories ... not to shabby at all. I'm off to hit the shower now and then a nice low cal low fat fudsicle. I earned it ... mmmmmm. Have a great weekend everyone. Talk again soon.

I hope everyone is revved up and ready for the 2nd week of the 3 month challenge!
I've had a TOUGH day today. I tried to exercise for an hour, but stopped my exercise dvd half way through. I also keep going back to the kitchen to 'graze' on sugary foods. I've realised that i need to keep busy in order to keep my mind off of food. I've also made a goal for this week to not go over my calories once. And i will do that

I'm in too. I know I'm a week late but the 3 month date coincide with my vacation. Going to Mexico 3/25. I won't have a perfect beach body but I'd like to be down a few lbs before I go.:flowerforyou:
