Hi all, please count me in. Best of luck to all on this path. I had wls in Nov. 2010 and just restarted after a 38-lb. gain. I lost 3 lb. at the end of June and 2 more since then. So for this board I'm gonna use my July 1 weight as SW with my original SW in parentheses. That explains the difference from the number in my signature.

Lost 1 pound. This was a pleasant result I hoped for.

I set my goals on here to simply maintain for the 3 days i was on vacation at the beach....went up to something like 4500 calories yesterday and somehow was still in onederland when i checked in this morning at home (although just barely). I hope to have a better rest of the month since i can mostly jog again (I'm only doing a few minutes at a time though...). Gained a whole pound on vacation, but i assume some of that is water weight and hopefully I'll be back to my pre-vacation weight by Saturday. Wish me luck0 -

Weight loss for July - 4 pounds
Hi there,
I am starting kind of late. The first week I will not count. I was supposed to be on vacation but
things happened that weren't planned. My husband's back went out on him and my MIL ended
up in the hospital. So needless to say, I gained 4 pounds due to emotion and stress. I ate all
the wrong things. Vacation didn't happen. I was down to 168.0 on my ticker before I this started. So I
am up a bit.

Slow start this month. Hopefully that’s not a sign that I won’t make it. I’ll just have to up my exercise…which is going to be interesting because we go on vacation in a little over a week. I did note that the place we’re staying has a little workout room so I’ll be able to do some stuff anyway.
