Yesterday (it's 7AM here) was moving our jewelry into a show, setting it up, then tearing it down and repacking the truck...then unpacking the truck again at home! Lots of lifting and walking.0

Can't do anything with the upper body today. My muscles are cramped up on the right side around the scapula area. Maybe just some walking and or some step ups. Might look up some to do for back pain.0

Morning workout for me, I had the first day of month 2 of insanity: Fit test + Max interval circuit. It was an "are you freaking kidding me?" kind of workout today, phew, I think I sweated enough to fill a swimming pool.0

Leg day! - 3 sets 15 reps. Already humid here in BC. Must make sure I do more than one leg day per week - last one was last Monday.
Cycling home after work.0 -
I was supposed to have a cardio day over the weekend, but I spent so much time driving around, I didn't have time. Yesterday I was handling dogs for a couple of hours at an adoption event, and then I played Wii bowling with the kids for an hour, so I wasn't sedentary. Tonight I'm swapping my upper body day for lower body, because I can do upper at home tomorrow, and I won't have time to go to the gym.0
