    Once again I am late joining, but my goal for the month is 70 miles. I have 33 so far and finally figured out what my plan is after my 8k race this weekend - HM training starts next week! I'll get my ticker set up soon.

    Proud of myself for sticking to my MWF plan of running. This morning though...got some KILLER side cramps :( Had to walk about a mile in the middle of my run. Sucked. Oh well, always another day!

    I love the free training plans on Runkeeper! Currently using sub 2:30 half marathon.

    Another 6.5 miles today, but only 51 miles MTD. For a variety of reasons I've only run 8 times, but worked out indoors 5. I'm still shooting for 100 miles, but it is going to be very close. OTOH, my bike and rowing is very good.

    78 degrees this morning and 77 % dew point. Absolutely brutal.

    So its day 6 of running and have some more questions (sorry) firstly when do you guys take rest day if u actually do? because its such early days im scared of taking a rest day as it might be doubly hard the following day and also worried I will lose the bottle to keep at this

    Secondly just for the lady runners its my ToM and today I know its been hot but I felt every step today and it felt extra hard somehow im wondering do u guys find it harder at this time?
