3 Lifts for the rest of your life

The deadlift thread got me thinking, just out of curiosity, if you could do only 3 exercises in the gym for the rest of your life, what would they be?
for me;
-Overhead press
-Deads
-Pendlay rows
i love all 3 and this would give you the best muscle balance IMO
for me;

Don't even need lifts. Can just pick three exercises:
Pushups, Burpees, and squat jumps.0 -

Definitely deads and squats. I guess I'd probably pick OHP for my third because while it's the bane of my existence, it's got the most real world application of the remaining compound lifts.0

I love them. Challenging, and you can use light weight to make it a really challenging cardio type move, or go for the heavy weight. But it's nearly a full body workout, which is why if I can only have three lifts, this is one of them! :happy:0 -

Weights...Deadlift just cause I love em, Squats cause I love what they do for my butt....toss up between bench and OHP...however rows are becoming a favorite after losing that last bit of stubborn back fat....oh the humanity I can't choose...:sad:
