I will be 30 in November and I want to be in great shape and in great health. I never was fat before and as I got into my mid 20s I let myself go. But I am on a mission to lose 30 by 30!
New Post- July has been a crazy month for me. I have been going up and down in weight like crazy. Today I weighed in at 184. I would really like to be in the 170s by the end of the month. I have 15 days left. I am on a mission.0 -

5'7" height
Please support me. I have gained weight from gall bladder surgery and medication that caused rapid weight gain. The problem is that I am a teacher, and although I exercise daily in the summer, I am not as active as I am as when I am in the classroom every day. Would appreciate encouragement. I will post weight on Wednesday. I was in a deficit on Tuesday and followed the plan but am two pounds heavier this morning. I decided to weigh once a week. Thanks.
I'm will you!! I feel so stuck at 190s, but it's my own fault I do good doing the week, then the weekend gets me! But I'm so determined to finish CHAlean Extreme Program strong! I have to get my mind right about it. You can do this! Set small goals it will help you in the end: and not to feel so overwhelmed by you MAIN goal. Weighting once a week helps. Some people can weigh everyday and be okay: I can't I will go crazy. LOL. So pick a day and time to weigh yourself and do that every week if that helps you. I'm here for you. I have lost 3.4 pounds of my vacation weight June 27 - July 7. I have lost 1.6 pounds this week.
I am .08 pounds away from ticker weight. A good start to next week. Since I have only one more

I've been horsing around with too many foods that I know give me trouble. Trying to moderate trigger foods doesn't work for this gal.

I'm calculating my average calories to see where my sweet spot is. I should be able to lose very well in the 1600 - 1800 range.0 -
Reached a long awaited goal this week of 25lbs lost, but also treated myself with a campfire cooked s'more! Will have to use lots of willpower not to eat too many more of those!

7/05 Sat: 263.6 - gained 3 lbs... pretty sure it's from my sodium intake. I have lowered my calories and put on sedentary so I don't over estimate calories burned and I'm hoping this will help!
7/12 Sat: 263.4 - at least I didn't gain.... I have been slacking big time this week with being off work! Going to get back at it though
