I've been horsing around with too many foods that I know give me trouble. Trying to moderate trigger foods doesn't work for this gal.
Back to business this week!
I'm calculating my average calories to see where my sweet spot is. I should be able to lose very well in the 1600 - 1800 range.0 -
Reached a long awaited goal this week of 25lbs lost, but also treated myself with a campfire cooked s'more! Will have to use lots of willpower not to eat too many more of those!

7/05 Sat: 263.6 - gained 3 lbs... pretty sure it's from my sodium intake. I have lowered my calories and put on sedentary so I don't over estimate calories burned and I'm hoping this will help!

Not the loss I hoped for, but it's a downward move on the scale so I am happy! I lowered my calorie goal, and plan to dial back a little more this coming week to keep the momentum going and hopefully amp up the loss a bit..

Hi! thought I'd jump in. Haven't really lost this month, and finding it so hard to get the motivation to get the last 1-5lbs off
I keep going over my cals and just struggling with the whole thing! I eat well, I do heaps of exercise(weights and cardio) I eat enough, I just eat too much atm!0 -
