I haven't run in AGES! I used to do Team In Training, but never made it to the marathon because of injuries. I'm a heck of a fundraiser though! LOL
However, I love to run. So I'm going to jump in with a goal of 35 miles. Its small, but achievable and maybe in September I can get to 50. :-)0 -

Well, I failed to meet my goal in July, but today starts a new month. Trying again for 30 in August.

Changed the goal to 200. I'm planning for it. I can do it.

I'm in. Finally made one of my goals in July, so hope to continue that streak through August. I am doing a half marathon training program with Runkeeper, and my scheduled miles are somewhat higher, but since this will be my first full month of running without injury issues (I hope) since April, I'm not going to get too ambitious and will go with 50 miles. That seems consistent with my weekly totals for July once I got back to it.
So far:
8/1: 5.2 miles

8/1 3.2km

My "run" today was embarrassing.
My excuses: It was hot, it was hilly, I didn't get enough sleep, I didn't hydrate, I ran ten miles yesterday, blah, blah, blah.
The truth: I sucked today.

I'm in for 30 miles. Running has never been my thing. Training for a 5K in October...30 sounds good!0

I'm in...going for 40 this month!0

First time I have ever tried a running challenge. Started and stopped C25k several times in the last few years but this morning I successfully completed C25k wk5.3 Given how slow I run and my little legs I normally manage 2 miles in each run so allowing for holidays etc I am going to aim for a totally achievable 25 miles.
Tracking in Endomondo today I ran 1.97 miles.
