    Decided to change my goal to 50 miles to get me out of my comfort zone and push myself a little harder.

    i couldn't update my ticker i forgot to write down the weblink so will have to have another go when i have more time. On the plus side i did 3.2miles 1/8/14 so will update when i can :) Im new to this ticker thing so in the words of Miranda ' bare with' :D

    I have just seen this thread, What a great thread many thanks, my goal is to try and reach 250 miles for the month of August.

    Friday 1st Aug i ran 4.4 miles
    Today i ran the local Park Run which is 3.1

    Total to date-7.5 Miles

    York 10k tomorrow.

    I would like to join, but I have a question. Does distance on an elliptical or arc trainer count? I use both of these in addition to the treadmill for my cardio because they are easier on an old foot injury of mine. I need to know so I can make an accurate distance goal for the month. Thanks! And keep sweatin'!
