24 Hour Challenge - August

I love the 24hr exercise challenge. I don't always make it but I usually exercise more because of this challenge.
Some people are able to go way over and some don't make it but have fun trying. We had phenomenal participation last month!

The challenge is to exercise a total of 24 hours in the month of July... Good luck everybody! We've got this!

Here goes:

Fri 8/1 60min yoga, 15min walk (22hrs 45min left)
Sat 8/2 - 30min walk (22hrs 15min left)

    8/1: 25 Mins Walking Uphill-20 Mins Running Downhill (1395 Minutes left!)

    8/01 --- 4.5hr ( .75 walking and 3.75hr biking 62 miles)

    24 hours = 1,440 minutes

    8/01 ...................................... Cleaned 75 minutes
    8/02 ...................................... Ran for 2 miles (avg pace 10'00") for 20 minutes and then walked for 40 minutes Total: 60 minutes

    Minutes Completed: ............ 135 minutes
    Minutes to Goal: ................. 1,305 minutes

    That takes me past the 8,000-mile mark (8013 miles since Sept. 1, 2012) in my Virtual Ride Around The Equator and past the Republic of Nauru! :drinker:

    I want to give this a shot as well. Hopefully it will give me some motivation on those days like today where I just don't want to do anything.

    8/1 - 45 minutes water aerobics
    70 minutes free swim

    Total time: 115 minutes
    Time remaining: 1325 minutes

    01/08 - 23 min walk, 10 min static bike, 9 min rower, 15 mins circuits = 57 minutes
    02/08 - 79 min walk
    03/08 - 60 min circuits, 15 minute walk = 75 minutes

    211 minutes down, 1229 to go!
