    We went out to a Mexican restaurant and I had a chicken tamale, Spanish rice, black beans and a green salad.

    Not sure what to call it. It's half stir-fry and half salad.

    60 grams rotisserie chicken thigh {meat only}, 1 cup stir-fry veggies, 1/2 cup mixed veggies, 1/2 cup corn, 3 cherry tomatoes, 1 large cucumber, 1 carrot, 1 Jalapeno pepper and 1 small onion. Turned out pretty good. The cucumber and carrot cooled off the pepper some. I was worried that a whole pepper would be too much, but it wasn't overly hot.

    My wife brought me a Panera Bread turkey bacon Bravo from Panama City. I added mixed veggies. Then had 100 grams plain yogurt and 100 grams no sugar added ice cream. Pretty good.

    No actual supper tonight(?). I had a slice of bread with cheese. Then I went on a run with my dog. Afterwards, I ate a small container of greek yogurt with banana and blueberries.

    I like this idea: half stir-fry and half salad. I've got to get a carrot curler.

    A Trader Joe's Chili Lime Chicken Burger, Ravioli with cheese and asparagus, cucumber slices and watermelon.

    What kind of ravioli? Did you buy it like that, or make up the sauce?
    Looks fabulous...

    It was Buitoni Ravioli, and the sauce was Mama Mary's Traditional Pizza Sauce, http://www.mamamarys.com/traditional-sauce.php, to which I added a tbs of plain Greek yogurt and a tbs of grated Parmesan cheese.

    Tonight was just leftovers from our dinner at the Mexican restaurant yesterday (chicken tamale and Spanish rice) with sliced cucumber and watermelon. I've been eating a lot of cucumber and watermelon lately!

    Thanks for the ravioli info!

    I had Trader Joes Chicken and Jalapeño sausage sautéed with a bag of mixed greens. Delicious and healthy. Greek yogurt and honey for dessert.
    Frozen strawberry diet soda popsicle.

    I hate to give up my secrets, but I use a potato peeler. The wider you get, the better they curl.

    Used the last of the rotisserie chicken to make a sandwich. Also had mixed veggies {with extra corn} and stir-fry. {not pictured, 1/2 cup chocolate chip ice cream and 1 3/4 oz milk}

    Sliced zucchini, squash, and onions, with hummus crusted chicken breast. Entire dinner was 380 kcal, packed with protein, and delicious!

    We are having a potluck at work tomorrow, and I made a no-mayo potato salad to take. Had some of that for dinner with tuna salad served on cucumber slices, red bell pepper sticks and some strawberries.

    The potato salad has roasted new potatoes, black beans, corn, buckwheat, Brocolli, green onions, tomato, red bell pepper, cucumber, tossed in a olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, basil vinaigrette, and salt and pepper.
