    04/08 - 8 min dips, push ups and mountain climbers, 15 min run, 40 min strength training = 63 minutes

    8/1- 56 minutes- Insanity Pure Cardio & Cardio Abs (56 min down, 1384 to go)
    8/3- 30 minutes- Insanity Fit Test (86 min down, 1298 to go)
    8/4- 42 minutes- Insanity Plyometric Cardio Circuit (128 min down, 1170 to go)

    I'm assuming we don't edit our original post but correct me if I'm wrong. Please.

    Also, I've just started trying to build up endurance after a major knee injury so my activities out of the pool do not add up to much.

    8/1 - 45 minutes water aerobics, 70 minutes free swim, 5 minutes strength training
    8/2 - 2 minutes elliptical, 5 minutes cycling, 18 minutes dog walk, 5 minutes strength training
    8/3 - 5 minutes strength training
    8/4 - 45 minutes free swim, 5 minutes strength training

    Total time: 205 minutes
    Time remaining: 1235 minutes

    8/3: 12.73 mile hike: 199 minutes
    8/4: 5k run with 12 minutes of walking after: 39.5 minutes

    I just copy and paste the workouts to the next post, but you can do what works for you best. Sorry that you've had a knee injury. Impressed that you are still getting your exercise in anyway.
    I going out of town so not going to be easy getting my hours this month but that's why it's a challenge :)

    Thanks luvnsunshine1. I just wish I was doing more. I get disgusted with myself when I remember being able to do 30 minutes on the elliptical but now can only do 2 and an hour on the bike but can only do as much as 15. It's annoying but I keep reminding myself that on my birthday at the end of May, I was barely walking at all so I know I've made a huge improvement. I just have to have patience. And remember that the pool is my new best friend.
