Someone Pm'd me and asked me to post how much I lost and how...
I lost 160lbs total in 2010, almost ALL through just cardio. I bought a treadmill and walked an hour each day..... then jogged..... then ran.:D Once I could run I started training for triathlons. I worked out 6 days a week without fail for 18 months.
THEN... I decided to have 2 more kids I gained 60 lbs back. Boo..... BUT.... I got back to work after baby #3 came and I have 13 lbs to go to be back to my lowest.
This time around I have done mainly weight lifting to lose the weight. IT IS AMAZING. Even with 13 pounds to go I fit into the the same size I was in at my lowest before! My body has so much more definition! It has been a big game changer for me and I recommend it to ANYONE trying to lose weight.... specially POST BABY WEIGHT!!!
I am happy to answer questions if you have any more! Just PM me0 -
